Understand the patterns running your life.
There has never been more information about the mind — and almost none of it is about you. Applied Brain Co helps you see the patterns driving your behaviour, so change can finally become deliberate.
- You understand yourself, but still repeat the same patterns.
- You’ve read, reflected, maybe even done therapy, and still feel like you’re piecing things together.
- You function well on the outside, but internally feel stuck, exhausted, or hard on yourself.
- You’re capable at almost everything, except the patterns that quietly run the show.
Most of what keeps you stuck is running automatically. The system underneath it was built out of everything that shaped you — your temperament and nervous system, your family and relationships, what you learned to expect, the rules you took on, the conditions you’re living in now. It runs fast, often before you’ve consciously chosen anything, and it was built for a reason. That’s why knowing about it doesn’t stop it.
What you notice is the output. The overthinking, the saying yes, the same relationship again. Underneath is a wider process that’s harder to see as a whole.
You can’t interrupt what you can’t see. Once you can see a pattern clearly, you have something you didn’t have before: the option to respond differently, and the chance to practise that response until it’s easier to access and, over time, more automatic.
Change rarely runs in a straight line. People revisit, revert under pressure, and meet the same pattern more than once from different angles. That’s how the learning works, not a sign it isn’t.
How it works
Not a straight path. We revisit, adjust, and learn from what happens each time through.
What keeps repeating, and what it’s built from: temperament, history, relationships, and the rules you took on along the way.
This is the process everything here is built around. Right now it runs through one series: Attachment & Dating.
Most stuckness isn’t a failure of will. It’s a failure of visibility. And visibility can be built.
Attachment & Dating — the founding live cohort
Different person, same ending. You know your patterns, you may have read the books, and still — when they pull away, go quiet, or get too close — you’re right back in it. This series works close to that moment: what sets the pattern off in your case, what happens in the seconds before the familiar decision makes itself, and what to do instead.
The founding cohort works through the whole series live with Isabella, in real time, with your own situations mapped in the room. The self-paced modules are built from those sessions and released afterward. Registration is open now and we’ll be in touch as the cohort forms.
