What we collect and why

When you complete the Pattern Scan, we collect your email address and your result — the recommended starting point the Scan generates. Your individual answers to the Scan questions are not stored or transmitted; your result is generated in your browser. If you choose to answer the optional reflection questions at the end, those responses are stored alongside your email so we can make what we send you more relevant. Sharing them is entirely optional.

When you register interest in a product or join a waitlist, we collect your email address and, for practitioner sessions, your general region, so we can schedule live sessions across time zones.

We use this information to send you your results, relevant information about Applied Brain Co products, and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in the email footer.

When you purchase a product, payment is processed by a third-party provider. We do not store your payment card details.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit and how they found us. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

How we store and protect it

Your email address and any responses you choose to share are stored with our email service provider, Kit (ConvertKit LLC), which is based in the United States. By subscribing, your information is transferred to and stored securely in the US, where it is protected under Kit’s contractual data-protection safeguards.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where required to deliver the service (for example, our email provider) or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our systems within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To do so, contact us at hello@appliedbrainco.com.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

If you are located in Australia, this policy is also governed by the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe your privacy has been mishandled.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for analytics only, through Google Analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you first visit, you can choose whether to accept analytics cookies; declining does not change how the site works. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
