What Applied Brain Co is — and isn’t

All Applied Brain Co products are psychoeducation — structured educational content informed by evidence-based psychology. They are not therapy, psychological treatment, counselling, or clinical supervision. Purchasing or completing any Applied Brain Co product does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship between you and Isabella Lay or Applied Brain Co.

If you need clinical or therapeutic support, please seek care from a registered health professional. Isabella’s clinical practice is at isabellalaypsychology.com.au.

Applied Brain Co products are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Payments

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required to secure your place or access a product. We do not offer payment plans or instalments. Applied Brain Co products are not eligible for Medicare rebates.

Refunds

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a live session or complete a program, contact us at hello@appliedbrainco.com and we will do our best to accommodate you in a future equivalent offering where one exists. This is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Access

Self-paced online modules are available for two months from the date of your first login. Access is for the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or distributing course materials constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in access being revoked without refund.

Live sessions are not recorded and no recording will be made available.

Live sessions

Live session dates and times are as stated at purchase. If we need to reschedule a live session, you will be offered a place at the rescheduled time or, if you cannot attend, a place in the next equivalent cohort. Session times are stated in Australian Eastern Time unless otherwise indicated.

Intellectual property

All content, frameworks, tools, and materials produced by Applied Brain Co remain the intellectual property of Isabella Lay and Applied Brain Co. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Applied Brain Co provides educational content and makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Applied Brain Co and Isabella Lay accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of any Applied Brain Co content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version current at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The current version is always available at this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
